DO YOU FEEL MY PAIN?

I contend That There is not a white Person in the United States That would freely Trade places With any Black person

Not when privileged Pockets see Poor people tear drops As an unnecessary recurrence Like raindrops that ruin picnics

Because Each teardrop Represents years Of torment Like the pain felt When a face meets the pavement But when I insist On being treated Righteously I'm ignored and treated like a malcontent

They say I never Owned slaves And I believe all People are created equal How are we ever equal When those same founding fathers owned men That were dehumanized slaves in front Of other Black People

So my feelings Are mixed with anger And pity For a city That dont see me As more than A hostile obstacle

As they ask Why are you mad

While you still benefit from generational privilege We are still stuck With living lives The are the opposite Of prosperous

But you dont see that Because its easier to ignore The issue than resolve the problem Of inequality With consistent non-uniformity

We know that you dont want to share the wealth As if its hazardous To your health

Could it be that you dont see me Or my humanity But you believe what they say about us on tv And say that we are full of anger and savagery

But are offended when We say we need to slit superiority by the throat unless There is something Inside you that won't let you Because it has your soul chained in the bottom of a boat

I'm not surprised By your ignorance As you feed your Benevolence Because until you saw A blackman die live Racism was a lie You all denied Because it's just What we deserved In your eye

Now you know Our deceased names

As They say behave We only want What's best for you You must see The bigger picture

But let's be clear As we seek To quench our Disenfranchised thirst We are well versed that The same people that Made Us honor Jesus and jump over brooms in the name of love Also gave you the name and called you a nigger first.

BUT YOU STILL DON'T AND YOU WONT FEEL MY PAIN.

So HOW COME OUR PAIN ISN'T ANTISEMITIC?
